Custom items are made to order based on customer-provided details.

Customers are responsible for reviewing personalization details (names, dates, spelling, images, etc.) before submitting an order.

Go True Global LLC is not responsible for errors resulting from customer-submitted content.

Due to the nature of engraving and personalization:

Natural variations in materials (wood grain, color, texture, engraving depth, alignment) may occur.

These variations are normal and not considered defects.

Non-Custom Items

Non-custom products may vary slightly from images due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing batches.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or change descriptions and pricing at any time without notice.
